His Biography

TUDOR ŞERBĂNESCU
Artist, editor and cultural promoter, he was born in Nenciuleşti, Teleorman County, Romania, on November 12th, 1956. Beginning with 1981, he opened several exhibitions in Romania and abroad, in countries like: Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, France, USA, Portugal, Brasil, Costa Rica, Argentina. Since 2006 he has been represented by GaleriaArtejescal and Goy Art from Madrid. He has been awarded many prizes, among which an Excellency Trophy at “Gala de las Celebridades” – Madrid, 2010. Many newspapers and magazines have published articles concerning his activity: Niram Art, Madrid en Marco, Azay, Art Magazine, Yereah Magazine, Adevărul, and in 2011 a book was published: “Tudor – textos
Sobre su obra”, Niram Art Publishers, Madrid, 2011).
Tudor Şerbănescu has illustrated poetry books belonging to the poets: Blanca del Valle, DusicaNicolicDann, Alba Azucena Torres, DomniţaNeaga, Daniela Popescuetc.At present, he is involved in the international cultural project “PoesiaGrafica”, along with the Spanish writer Diego Vadillo Lopez. This project involves 15 poets from 11 countries.
